Shipping:

Bean Outdoors is committed to offering some of the best outdoor products available along with the best prices.  Bean Outdoors is unique in that most products SHIP FREE!* Most products will ship same day or next business day if in stock.  All items will be shipped by the fastest, economical courier available in most cases this will be UPS or USPS.  Shipping info including tracking info will be emailed upon shipment.  Free Shipping applies to the 48 lower states, however, we ship worldwide and can ship your item to you for a small additional charge.  Please contact us before purchase if you live outside the Free Shipping zone. Some oversize/weighted items may require additional shipping charges even for addresses in the Free Shipping zone.

Refund/Exchanges:

Refunds/Returns can be done but only on a case by case basis and MUST be authorized by Bean Outdoors prior to return shipping(see our policy further in the  BO Store).  We understand that sometimes the item doesn't fit or its not what you thought it was and we will try to work with you.  But we reserve the right to deny a return/refund.  Any item that has been granted the right to return must be returned in the exact form it was received including but not limited to attachment of original tags.

General Info:

A few years ago, as an adult with a family, I delved in the world of hunting.  Although I loved hunting and it quickly became a passion I found that good gear made the experience so much more enjoyable.  I also found a common truth I already knew...you get what you pay for.  Good gear made a difference but it had its price tag.  Being a young man with a family it was tough to get good gear and that is the core principle that bean outdoors was formed under...to provide high quality gear at affordable prices so that everyone can have a more enjoyable experiences out in God's Great Outdoors.

One of the toughest problems I have found in selecting gear is being able to test out or have some sort of insight as to what your buying...this is critical in online purchases.  Without field testing it is impossible to know how it will perform.  In some instances companies have customer reviews to help make up your mind, which work great in a few cases, however in 10 reviews you get both extremes which leaves us losing our mind to make a decision.  Purchasing hunting equipment is a lot like raising a garden...you have a wide variety of choices in the garden but you pick the best to take to the kitchen.  At Bean Outdoors we will offer a variety of high quality products just like the garden but look for products that carry our personal endorsement, these will be items that you take to your "hunting" kitchen.  These will be products that we have personally field tested and have earned the title of Bean Picks!  As an added value to our Bean Picks we will offer a featured video review of the product outlining why it has earned the "Bean Picks" title.

We will be offering an assortment of products on an ongoing basis.  Checkout out our Bean Deals section for special bargains.  Check back often as we establish partnerships with some of the best known names in the industry.  Some offerings to come include but not limited to: Gorilla Treestands, Carbon Express, Primos Hunting Calls, Under Armour, and Elite Archery...just to name a few.  By forming these relationships we will have the ability to bring some of the best products at the best prices.

In a few situations we will offer used products under Bean Consignment.  Don’t be fooled these are slightly used items that are  in perfect shape at, of course, a discounted price.

And Finally...here at Bean Outdoors we are currently in development of our own outdoor products that will become available in the near future.  These will be found in our Bean Products Section.
